Click on the hand image to be taken to a animation about the importance of hand washing.
Bugs and germs are so small we cannot see them. They are everywhere. Some are good, some are bad. There are many different types. The good ones keep us healthy and we use them to make food, drinks and compost. BUT germs can also make you and others sick. We need to get rid of germs that make us sick. The easiest way to do this is by washing our hands correctly. Remember bugs and germs are on our hands even when they look clean.
Welcome to Room 13's Blog at Wanaka Primary School. We are a group of Year 4 children. This is a blog to keep the wider community up to date with what is happening in our classroom. Enjoy!

Term 2
Welcome back to Term 2 in Room 13. I hope you all had a fun break away. This term we are going to be finishing off our Zero Waste inquiry topic and then focussing on the Solar System. We will be working on Multiplication and Division for numeracy for the first part of the term. Make sure you practise your times tables at home!
